The FreeStyle USB Data Cable is used to transmit data and information related to blood glucose levels from the FreeStyle Blood Glucose Monitoring Systems to a Computer. The cable connects to the monitor and is then attached to a USB port on your PC to allow data to be uploaded from the monitor directly to the PC. The Co-Pilot Health Management System software must first be loaded onto the PC before the data can be displayed via the various reports available within the Co-Pilot system. These include the Diary List, which lists all the events that took place within a specified timeframe regarding insulin, glucose and meal information; the Glucose Modal Day Report, which displays patterns of glucose levels from continuous glucose monitoring and blood glucose testing on a daily basis, allowing the user to see important patterns in glucose levels; the Glucose Line Report, which shows all blood glucose readings as a continuous line for a specific date range, revealing glucose level patterns over that particular date range; Statistics Report, showing data tables of statistics relating to insulin, carbohydrates and glucose; the Daily Combination Report which provides summaries of your glucose, carbohydrate, and insulin data for one day in table and graphic formats.
